His one true love

A couple posts ago, I mentioned that our backyard was almost finished. Well, now it is finally complete!!! They finished it while Parker was out of town golfing with his brothers. It nearly killed him to know that it was done and he couldn't play on it. I had to e-mail him pictures once the worker guys left our yard. He is so silly!!! Anyway, he got home the next night and brought his brother along with him(they got home at 11:30 p.m.) and they played until 2 a.m. Needless to say, I think he is still trying to catch up on sleep. And now I swear I have two 4 year olds in the house. He sits there and pouts and says "who can come play tennis with me." I always offer and I am usually turned down.

You can't really tell in the picture, but Leif has oatmeal all over his face. He was refusing to nurse if I was eating anything. Then anytime I ate anything, he wanted to share. So I started him on solids. He has done so well and loves his oatmeal. He doesn't like bananas very much though which is weird cause my other two boys LOVED bananas. Leif has been doing so well though with eating and while he is eating he laughs the entire time. He is so happy as long as someone is paying attention to him!!!! I just can't believe that he is almost 6 months...where has the time gone.

Big Helpers

The boys, as you can see, love to help Parker with the yard work!!! They really don't look comfy here but they do love to help. Camden will stay on the entire time and Owen hops off after just a few minutes. Obviously in this picture, Owen had just gotten on but I thought it was cute that they were all squished on. We'll have to buy a bigger lawn mower when Leif gets older-they won't all fit!!!

The big 5 months

Leif is now 5 months old...can you believe that!!! He is getting so big. He rolls both ways,all the time, and when he is on his stomach, he already is trying to put his legs under him and scoot along. He loves being in his walker though. His brothers come and play with him and he can reach all of his toys!!!
