My Thoughts...

At Cam's preschool graduation, we were given a stack of some of his papers that he had done. There were art pieces, his name practice sheets and just some other normal preshool work pages. We came upon a paper that read at the top, "my thoughts." This is what it read:

Mommy does this while I am at school...

Cam's answer: she drops me off, she helps get snacks for me and owen. (I think that means I go to the store and get groceries)

We were both crying we were laughing so hard by the time we got done reading this.

Cam as you can tell is pretty random, but boy do we love him!!!

Spring is in bloom

I love the spring!!! It finally wasn't blowing the other day and I went out to get our mail and realized out beautiful our trees were with their blossoms!!!

It's finally finished-well almost!!

Well, our yard is finally finished. We started in August or Septmeber of last year. Just last week they did the final touches on it. The first picture is if you are standing on our deck and looking to the right and obviously the second picture is looking to the left. I can't keep the boys indoors at all-no matter the weather. Owen was so scared of the tramp at first and now he is the one heading out first to go jump!!! He still looks pretty funny jumping around and actually today he got really excited in our living room and tried to do a "butt buster" (where you land on your bottom and them come back on to your legs). He quickly found out that our living room floor just isn't the same as the trampoline. It was really funny!! The tennis court people told us that they would start today and htat did not happen, but once the court gets surfaced, our yard will be complete!!! So exciting!!!

Mommy do I have something on my face???

The other day we were trying out a cookie recipe. They are called "Health by Chocolate cookies" from the Sneaky Chef recipe book. They are yummy, they have spinach and blueberries and wheat germ and whole wheat flour in them. As you can tell, Owen didn't even notice the extra additions. That is my favorite cookbook of all time. I put chopped up walnuts in them too and totally forgot, but cam hates nuts so he didn't like them once he realized they had nuts. Anyway, the boys were being silly and so I just had to get out the camera.

Excited much !!?!

As you can tell, Leif gets REALLY excited for the camera. I seriously can't get a normal picture of him because this is what his eyes look like everytime I try to snap a photo. He is growing so much. He definitely is our skinny one. He is about 15 lbs. and on the 1st he will be 5 months old. Everytime I change his diaper he puts his toes right into his mouth. Cam and Owen never had time to find their toes, they were both too fat. Leif is so flexible and just loves to roll around and play with his feet all the time!!! He is such a smiley boy and loves his big bro camden. He just stares at cam everytime he is around him. Owen is starting to really like to hold Leif also, he comes up to him and said "hi tootie" which is hi cutie and then he says "hold him." It is really cute. Both big brothers help me out so much with the baby!!!

My little boy graduates!!!

Cam graduated from his first year of preschool today. His whole class was so cute. They each had their own solo's to sing. Cam's song was "suzy square." I think everyone had their doubts about shy Cam getting up there. He did such a good job though. You could barely understand him due to his lips not being able to close from the mic being actually inside his mouth, but he did it!!! I kept asking him to sing it for me in the car or at home and he kept saying, "only in preschool, mom." That made me a little worried but he did a fantastic job!!!

I think the second picture looks like he is a rocker, with his hankerchief hanging down, that was his square he was supposed to hold up. Then him and Adarius had to say some lines to the crowd. Adarius did great and cam just said "blah blah blah." This was before the singing so we were a little worried. Then it is the picture of all the boys-yes that is his entire class-6 boys in all. They are all so cute and funny. Cam is sad to be out of their class now.

Slacker

Wow, I didn't realize it had been so long since my last post. That's sad, but time flies with 3 little ones. I, myself am just as chubby as ever, Cam graduated preshcool today, Owen is still good ol' Owen and Leif has now started to roll over. Parker works hard and plays hard too!!! We are all doing great here, but we all wished it would get a little bit warmer. For all of you that I told, that is me with my hair chopped!! Very exciting, it feels nice to have it that short again. The picture is a weird one, my legs look giant and my head looks tiny but you get the picture-ha ha!!!
